Kate Barry loves theatre and writing about it too. She is glad you are here! Kate has worked with Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Bunbury Theater, JCC CentersStage, Louisville Repertory Company, Walden Theater (now StageOne), Finnegan Productions, just to name a few. She has a BA in English from Bellarmine University where she studied theatre as well. Her writing has appeared in LEOWeekly, Arts-Louisville, TheateLouisville and Audience Magazine. In 2012, her short play PlayList won festival favorite in the Finnigan Festival of Funky Fresh Fun. Her play Catcher Released won an honorable mention with the Kentucky Playwrights Workshop in 2022. She runs this operation as Creator/Editor although she likes to think of it as a collaboration... Oh and she's a yoga teacher!
Regina Harris
Regina Harris has lived in Louisville for nearly three decades and has worked for many of its theatre companies and venues. To express her love for great food as well as Louisville history and architecture, she is a guide with Louisville Food Tours.
Brian Kennedy
Brian Kennedy is a longtime theatre performer and writer in Kentuckiana. Previously, he wrote theatre reviews and previews for Examiner.com, Louisville.com, and Arts-Louisville.com. Brian also maintains the blog LouBriantheater, which posts the theatre shows going on every weekend. When not writing or acting, he can be found on a path somewhere running or helping to put on running events throughout Kentuckiana.
Beth Beck
Beth Beck has worked the Louisville Arts scene for nearly two decades. Coming from a background of journalism, you may have come across Beth’s articles while browsing through local publications such as Jeffersontown Magazine, St. Matthews Magazine, Middletown Magazine, and The Voice Tribune. Her passion for theater stems from her core familial roots. At a young age her mother kindly brought her to rehearsals at Actor’s Theatre. While there she found her calling for the stage and documented daily occurrences in her ink-smudged composition notebook. Since then, she has been in performances working with the University of Louisville, Heyman Talent, The Alley Theater, and other local production companies.
She also enjoys long walks on the beach, hot cocoa, and other synonymously theatrical anecdotes as a conversation starter when her bio sections are brought up in conversation.
